This Working at heights training course is designed for those, whose work includes working at heights as part of their duties, particularly anyone who regularly needs to wear a harness for fall arrest.

Legislation and regulations around Working at heights
Fall Arrest
Fall Restraint
Working at heights Hazard management
Harness selection and fitting
Safe use of ladders
Fall dynamics
Selecting fall arrest for working with MEWP’s
Maintenance and recording of Working at heights equipment.

Courses are run on demand at the client premises

COURSE OBJECTIVES

On completion of this Working at heights training course participants should;

Fully understand the principles of fall arrest and Work restraint
Be capable of fitting a Working at heights helmet and fall arrest harness
Be competent in the safe use of basic fall arrest and restraint systems

ASSESSMENT

20 question written test.
